Meet Our Team Leaders

Talal, our Operations Director, brings over 35 years of experience across interior and exterior fit‑out, architectural finishes and general trading. Having worked in the UAE, Lebanon and Australia, he leads with a global perspective and a focus on innovation, sustainability and premium product partnerships. His vision continues to drive TMG’s expansion into new markets and opportunities.


Maria, our Commercial Director, is an expert in high-end architectural building materials, with extensive experience supplying modern products for commercial and residential projects. Her career spans many years in the UK market, where she developed deep expertise in premium architectural finishes and international supply chains. At TMG, she leads market entry strategies, builds trusted global partnerships and champions innovation and long-term growth within the business. 


Together, Talal and Maria guide TMG with a shared commitment to quality, innovation and strong industry relationships, ensuring every project is supported by experience, insight and a forward-thinking approach.
